After 30 years based in Manhattan, living and performing in the heart of the NYC jazz world, we're now living in my hometown of Millbrook, NY in the Hudson Valley, a short trip from NYC. My good friend from Houston, tenor saxophonist Woody Witt, was here this summer for a NY State tour. We played at Smalls in NYC, then did four performances in the Adirondacks and three more in the Hudson Valley. We also did a recording session of mostly our own compositions, with Lee Hudson-Bass and Tom Melito-Drums...I'm looking forward to the CD release sometime this fall.

Back in school! as Adjunct Instructor at Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, NY and at The College of St. Rose in Albany, NY. I'm also teaching Jazz Piano students at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY. Good gigs here in the Hudson Valley, and frequent appearances in NYC too.
